Socialists need to popularise set of demands which respond: the needs of both the unemplo: (for economic security, social c tact and meaningful work) and over-employed (for greater leis time without financial loss), fo example:

* Redefinition of employmei include housework, childcare and voluntary work, and proper pay and conditions for this work.
