We demand the complete repeal of all anti-union legislation and that the British Government comply with the Conventions and Principles of the United Nations International Labour Organisation for the full restoration of trade union rights. We do notaccept the criminalisation of trade union activity and the attacks on civil liberties. We reject the argument that a trade union movement of 8 million members has no alternative but to comply with anti-union legislation.
